Midterm on Monday (2/26): Midterm largely consists of four sections.

1. Q & A [in various formats: (1) Questions are given orally (2) Questions are given in writing (3) You many need to translate the queestion, and then answer the questiosn]
2. Essay on ��� ��Ȱ: Describe your ��̻�Ȱ including why you do it, how got came to do it, how important it is in your life, any episode or anecdote, and any leisure activities you like to try to do.

3/5(��): Chapter Quiz 4 (on Lesson 11) will cover the following:

• Get familiar with what happens during the Korean traditional holidays. Read both conversations and narration and go over the ppt. slide, which is now linked at the weekly schedule. You should be able to describe in Korean what happens and what people do during the holidays:
  • How to greet
  • What happens in highways and streets and why those things happen
  • What is the term describing what happens during the traditional holidays in Korea
  • What people traditionally do
• Define or describe the following concepts in Korean: ����, ����, ���, �߼�, ����, ����
• You will complete the given dialogues, using a grammar pattern covered in Lesson 11:~��/(��)���� ���� vs. ~�ڴ�, ~��� . . .~��/�ϴ�, -(��)��/~�ų�, ~��/��(��), -(��)���
